Research and Evidence Mastery

Every Thursday at noon: reading the literature the way it deserves to be read.

Research literacy is the foundation of bedside practice. The team that can read the literature beats the team that just hears about it. Every Thursday at 12:00 ET, ICCN takes one current-year paper and reads it as a methodologist to teach one concept — with a plain-English definition, the common mistakes, and how to spot it in the next paper you open. On the last Thursday of each month, this slot turns to Leadership and Education.

A Note from the Founder

Why Thursday at noon matters.

Most clinicians read summaries of summaries. This brief pushes deeper: the actual methods, the actual numbers, the actual judgments that separate a practice-changing study from one that should not have changed anything at all. Once a month, it steps back to the teams and leaders who carry the work.
