Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Substack handles billing, and you can cancel or downgrade at any time from your Substack account settings. No phone calls, no retention queues.
What's included in the free tier?
The Friday "Ethical AI in Healthcare" track is always free, along with previews of the other six daily tracks. Paid subscribers get the full content for Monday through Sunday.
Is this CE-accredited?
Not yet. CE accreditation for RTs, RNs, and physicians is on the ICCN 5-year roadmap and is one of the things your subscription is funding.
Will I get charged through iccn.io?
No. Subscriptions are processed entirely on Substack's secure payment platform (Stripe). iccn.io never sees your payment information.
What if I work in a low-income setting?
